Navigate by Front Fork - Product Design

Conventional Forks: The Classic All-Rounder

Conventional telescopic forks feature a classic design known for its simplicity and reliability. With the larger slider tube at the top and the thinner stanchion tube at the bottom, this configuration keeps most of the fork’s mass lower, contributing to the bike’s stability. Their straightforward construction makes them a versatile and cost-effective solution for a wide range of motorcycles, from daily commuters to custom builds, offering a dependable riding experience.

Dual Adjustable Models (Two-Way Adjustable)

These models offer independent adjustment of rebound damping and spring preload. Riders can make precise settings based on their weight, load, and various road conditions, effectively enhancing comfort and handling performance without added complexity.

Upside-Down Forks: Race-Bred Precision

Upside-Down forks, also known as inverted forks, are a hallmark of high-performance motorcycles. By inverting the design—placing the larger, stronger outer tube at the top—they significantly reduce unsprung weight, allowing the wheel to react more quickly and precisely to road changes. The increased diameter of the upper tube also provides exceptional bending rigidity, effectively resisting the significant lateral forces generated during hard braking and high-speed cornering, ensuring steering accuracy and overall vehicle stability. The larger tubes also give front shock absorbers larger inner space for more comlex inner structure and better damping experience.

Triple Adjustable Models (Three-Way Adjustable)

Featuring a top-tier inverted fork configuration, these models offer independent adjustment of compression damping, rebound damping, and spring preload. Some configurations further feature high/low-speed compression damping micro-adjustments, enabling professional riders to make extremely precise adjustments based on track conditions and specific requirements, thereby maximizing vehicle performance and enhancing competitive advantage.

Fork Tubes: Aesthetic Customization with OEM Performance

Fork tubes, the structural backbone of a motorcycle’s front suspension, are often customized primarily for visual enhancement. Their appeal lies in aesthetic options such as beautiful CNC lines and colorful anodized finishes, which allow riders to personalize their bikes. Front fork tubes are not only cost-effective for refurbishing worn components or achieving a sleeker look, their straightness, surface smoothness (to prevent seal damage), and compatibility with existing fork internals remain essential to maintain OEM-level reliability.
